Run by a charitable organisation and built for the benefit of the village of Hullbridge and the surrounding areas, the Hullbridge Community Centre is situated in the quiet village of Hullbridge. The building opened in July 1979 and is managed by the Hullbridge Community Association, a charity formed in 1966 out of the new Hullbridge Social Society.The Social Club members bar offers drinks and food at discounted competitive prices. With regular live entertainment on the dance floor as well as the full range of Sky Sports shown on 2 large televisions, it also has 2 pool teams, a darts team and a cribbage team. Bar food is cooked on the premises to a very high standard and is served 12pm - 9pm on a daily basis.Regular games and raffles are run with the chance to win weekly or monthly prizes.
